In one line

Your works and names stay on this device. Only when you generate — and only after

you agree — do your chosen settings go to an AI service. No ads, no tracking, and

nothing is ever sold.

1. What never leaves your device

The following is never uploaded. It disappears when you delete the app.

• The works you create, the characters in them, the names you keep, and your notes
• Your app language setting
• A copy of your remaining credit count (so the screen can show it immediately)
• Whether you agreed to send data to the AI

2. What goes to the AI when you generate

**The first time you tap Generate, we show you exactly what will be sent and ask you

to agree.** If you decline, nothing is sent. The free suggestions in “Names like this one” run entirely on your device,

so it keeps working without agreeing.

After you agree, we send:

• Your wizard choices — genre, setting, subject, hooks, tone, role, character traits,

name style, and title length

• Names already in that work (up to 8), so a new name can match their texture
• Names you were just offered and passed over (up to 20), so they are not repeated
• Any word you typed in yourself (up to 30 characters)
• One anonymous number (see 3.1)

These travel through our relay server (Cloudflare Workers) to the AI service run by

Anthropic. We do not store what you send or what comes back. Anthropic's own

policy governs their handling of it.

3. What our server holds

### 3.1 An anonymous number (your wallet id)

The first time you open the app we generate one random number and keep it in your

device's secure storage. It is **not connected to your name, email, phone number, or

any device identifier**, and we cannot tell who you are from it. It exists only to

count your remaining credits.

Stored against it: how many free, bonus, and purchased credits remain, and the date

we last counted.

### 3.2 Your IP address

To stop abusive traffic, we count requests per IP address. Only numbers and

timestamps are stored, and they reset when the window passes. They are not kept

alongside the content of any request.

### 3.3 Everything else

• A single daily total of calls, to keep our own bill under a cap
• The transaction numbers of purchases we have processed, with the time. This is what

stops one receipt being used twice

• If something fails, a short diagnostic record may be written. It does not contain

what you sent

4. Payments

Credit purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your card or any payment

method. All we receive is a transaction number, which we check with Apple before

adding credits.

5. What we do not do

• No advertising. There is not a single ad SDK in the app
• No analytics or tracking tools
• We never sell or hand over any information to third parties
• We request no permissions at all — no location, contacts, photos, or microphone

6. Children

This app is a tool for writers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly

collect personal information from children.

7. Keeping and deleting

• On your device: deleting the app removes it. You can export it to a file at any

time from Settings

• Remaining credits: kept, because purchased credits never expire
• Request counts: discarded when the window passes
• Transaction numbers: kept, to prevent reuse

Because the wallet number is not tied to an identity, we cannot locate and erase one

particular person's records on request. Deleting the app removes that number along

with the device's copy.

8. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date above, and tell you inside

the app about anything significant.
